Transfer typo3 site to a new url

Transfer files and database
Open the site template (Template-Home-config)
- change the base url to NEWURL
Open the site Main template (Template- Info modify- Main template-“click here to open whole template record”)
- Constants-TEXT{
  - Domain → NEWURL
  - webSiteTitle → NEWTITLE
