Install Blackberry desktop manager Version 4.6 (Personal Email accout option)
Replace
C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\IS71 Connectors\MS Outlook Connector with this file:
msoutlookapi.zip Connect your blackberry
Configure Outlook synchronisation
